Firm Represents IBEW in Jewel Food HQ Relocation

Jewel Food Stores Inc. signed a lease in February for nearly 100,0000 square feet for a new company regional headquarters at 150 E. Pierce Road in Itasca, IL. This is the first Jewel office relocation in more than 50 years.

The new lease for Jewel, a subsidiary of Super-Valu based in Minnesota, is valued at more than $26 million.

The firm’s John Stephens represented the National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF), a retirement fund of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, working closely with the building’s exclusive leasing agent, Pat McKillen of Hamilton Partners.
