Our offices are located between State and Wabash, just south of Kinzie and north of the Chicago River. The closest train stops are Grand (Red Line), Lake (Red Line), State/Lake (Brown, Purple, Orange, Green and Pink Lines), and Merchandise Mart (Brown and Purple lines). Driving Directions
Parking is available at the State/Wabash/Kinzie parking garage, which is adjacent to the building. The entrance to the garage is on the east side of State Street, just north of Kinzie. This garage is also used as a Hertz rental car return– so you will see a Hertz sign.

To get to the building from the parking garage, you get off the parking garage elevator at the second floor, and exit through the doors onto Wabash Avenue. You will turn right on Wabash and walk south.

Enter the building through the main doors on Wabash Avenue. Building security requires a Photo ID. If you need additional assistance, please call BWM&S at 312-840-7000.

From Lake Shore Drive

From the North, Exit Grand/Illinois/Wacker Drive. Turn right onto Grand Avenue, and stay on Grand for approximately 6 blocks until you reach State Street. At State Street, turn left and continue on State Street for approximately 3 blocks until right before the street light at Kinzie. The State/Wabash/Kinzie parking garage entrance is on your left, on State Street.

From the South, Exit Randolph/Wacker Drive. Follow the signs for Wacker Drive. Stay to the right along the river, and go up the ramp to Upper Wacker Drive. Stay on Upper Wacker Drive for approximately 4 blocks until you reach State Street. Turn right and cross the bridge over the river. Immediately following the first stoplight after the bridge (Kinzie) is the parking garage. The entrance to the State/Wabash/Kinzie garage will be on your right.

From I-290
As you approach downtown Chicago, you will see signs for I-90/I-94. Exit at I-90/I-94 west towards Wisconsin. Follow the directions below for I-90/I-94.

From I-90/I-94

From either direction, exit at Ohio street. Follow Ohio east approximately 4 blocks until State Street. Turn right on State Street and continue on State Street for approximately 4 blocks until right before the street light at Kinzie (the last stoplight before the river). The State/Wabash/Kinzie parking garage entrance is on your left, on State Street.
