Litigation

For clients including public companies, closely held businesses and individuals, the litigation attorneys at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. offer the legal resources and courtroom experience necessary to effectively address a broad range of business litigation matters.

In every dispute, we work to balance our clients' interests in the outcome of the litigation against the cost of the litigation, including the time and effort the case may take away from running your business. We have successfully prosecuted and defended contract, partnership and shareholder/director disputes.
