Mr. Wambach concentrates his practice on real estate matters with a special emphasis on representing institutional buyers and sellers as well as lenders on transactions nationwide. His clients engage in real estate transactions that include office, industrial, retail, and residential properties. He has also assisted clients in a variety of industries including senior housing, medical and golf course properties.

Mr. Wambach represents a national pension trust in acquisitions and joint venture developments. He also serves as general counsel for a suburban Chicago municipality and has been involved in numerous land use and zoning matters on its behalf. Additionally, as a member of the Firm's Religious & Not-for-Profit practice, Mr. Wambach represents non-profit, religious, education, and social services organizations in a variety of real estate related matters.

Mr. Wambach, a member of the Firm's management committee, holds a B.S./B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he was also awarded his J.D. in 1981. He is a member of The Chicago Bar Association. Every year since 2005 Mr. Wambach has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Illinois Super Lawyers List which appears in Chicago Magazine.

Mr. Wambach is a member of The Chicago Bar Association's Real Estate Law Committee and Real Estate Finance Subcommitte. He also serves on the Governing Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Chicago.
