Mr. Winters focuses his practice on federal and state income tax issues and estate planning. Prior to joining our firm, he practiced in the taxation area of another Chicago law firm.

Mr. Winters received his B.S. degree, cum laude, in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1991. He was awarded his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law in 1994, where he was a member of The Loyola University Law Journal. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991.

Mr. Winters is a member of The Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations.
