Mr. Darrow concentrates his practice in health care and corporate law. He has counseled health care entities on fraud, abuse and Stark law compliance, pharmaceutical rebate, distribution and service agreements, legislative and regulatory compliance and licensing, payor/provider contracting, and joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.
He provides guidance to clients on corporate formation, organization and start-up, private offerings, venture capital and other financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general legal issues of business operation, contracting, licensing and management. His client base ranges from start-up companies and closely held middle market companies, to Fortune 500 companies with international operations.
Mr. Darrow was named by Chicago Lawyer Magazine as one of the 40 Under 40 Outstanding Illinois Attorneys. He holds a B.A., with honors, from The University of Notre Dame and was awarded his J.D., with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
