Rebecca Huston is of counsel at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Ms. Huston is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Corporate and Health Care groups. Ms. Huston’s commercial real estate practice concentrates on representing landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, and commercial leasing matters. She has experience negotiating the acquisition, financing, and sale of retail and commercial properties as well as the drafting and interpretation of commercial leases and licenses. Ms. Huston has advised clients on the Property Tax Code and specifically the charitable and school tax exemptions. Her corporate practice includes counseling companies in a wide variety of business matters, including advising clients on commercial transactions, corporate governance matters, and disclosure issues. Ms. Huston also has experience drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and other health care service agreements and providing guidance on various health care regulatory matters.
