Jami A. McKenna

Jami A. McKenna is a paralegal at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. She brings 25 years of paralegal experience and a wide array of duties and responsibilities to the firm. Jami manages compliance, transactional diligence, and all aspects of deal management for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance transactions – from inception to post-closing.

Jami earned her Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree from Suffolk University.
