Corporate Associate

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. seeks an associate with 3 to 6 years of broad corporate transactional experience, including M&A experience, to join its active and highly collaborative Corporate Group.

The candidate should have strong transactional experience consistent with his/her level, including managing due diligence and drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, which may include merger and acquisition agreements and/or related ancillary documents, LLC/shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and commercial agreements. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience advising clients on various general corporate matters. The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the Illinois Bar.
