Wealth and Succession Planning Associate
Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. seeks an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join its active and highly collaborative Wealth and Succession Planning Group.

The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of trusts and estates experience working with high net-worth individuals in the drafting of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Ideally, the candidate also would have experience with decedent's estates, and preparing gift and estate tax returns. Familiarity with closely held business structures (FLPs, LLCs, S Corps, C Corps), installment sales, and other related transactions helpful. Should have a basic and growing understanding of state and federal estate and gift tax laws.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and must be admitted to, and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
