Wealth and Succession Planning Director

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. seeks a director level attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join its active and highly collaborative Wealth and Succession Planning Group.

The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of trusts and estates experience working with high net-worth individuals in the drafting of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, irrevocable trusts and other estate planning documents. Ideally, the candidate also would have experience with decedent's estates, gift tax returns and estate tax returns. Familiarity with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, installment sales, and other related transactions helpful. Should have a basic and growing understanding of state and federal tax laws.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the Illinois Bar.
