Burke Warren Helps Clients Comply with New Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Requirements

The Illinois Workplace Transparency Act goes into effect January 1, 2020.  Among other things, it requires all employers to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees at least once per year.  The firm has conducted over 50 in-person anti-harassment trainings over the past two years.  As of January 1, 2020, the firm will be offering training services via a webinar platform, which will be an additional and efficient method of providing training.  For additional information on the training services the firm provides, please contact Rachel E. Yarch at 312/840-7029 rayrch@burkelaw.com or Brian Weinthal at 312/840-7142 or bweinthal@burkelaw.com
