Illinois Employers Mandated to Provide Sexual Harassment Prevention Training by Dec. 31

|
Alert
As we move through the third quarter of 2020, we want to remind Illinois employers of their obligation to comply with state-mandated sexual harassment prevention training requirements that must be completed by December 31, 2020. The obligation applies to ALL ILLINOIS EMPLOYERS of any size including for-profit, non-profit and governmental.

Burke Warren’s Labor & Employment Group is ready to help employers with in-person or webinar-based training programs that incorporate an organization’s policies and procedures, in addition to real world examples.
