Terry Hillard, former Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department and co-founder of strategic and investigative services firm Hillard Heintze, was the featured presenter at the Firm’s Religious and Not-for-Profit practice fall luncheon at Fulton’s on the River on November 10. The presentation focused on how community organizations can better collaborate to reduce violence. 

Mr. Hillard served in the Chicago Police Department for three decades. He was a decorated officer and also served as the department’s Superintendent, where he was in charge of 16,000 officers and employees. Following his work with the CPD, Mr. Hillard co-founded Hillard Heintze in 2004. Hillard Heintze provides strategic security consulting and investigative services in Chicago and throughout the country, including operations in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, Miami, and San Jose.
