Alexandra Van Dusen is an associate in Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella’s Litigation practice group. Ms. Van Dusen earned her B.A. from University of Michigan, where she majored in Economics, and her J.D./M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago. While an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, Ms. Van Dusen studied corporate law and governance at the London School of Economics.
Ms. Van Dusen has experience in a variety of complex litigation, including representing entities and individuals in disputes involving contracts, fraud, and professional liability. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Chicago. Ms. Van Dusen is admitted to practice law in Illinois, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Honors & Awards
- During law school, Ms. Van Dusen received CALI awards for International Business Transactions and Advanced Corporate Tax. While attending law school, she also served as the Articles Editor on the Executive Board of the Loyola Consumer Law Review and earned a Certificate in Taxation. Ms. Van Dusen received Dean’s List honors for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 school years.
Ms. Van Dusen is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
