Chase E. Bullock is an associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Mr. Bullock is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Class Action, Automotive Franchise, and Labor and Employment practice groups.

His practice is primarily devoted to representing clients across industries in state and federal courts and tribunals across the country for matters involving: Shareholder disputes, contract disputes, restrictive covenants (e.g., non-compete and non-solicit agreements), emergency injunctions (i.e., temporary restraining orders (“TROs”)), automotive franchise matters, federal investigations, trade secrets, and fraud claims; Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”) class actions, commercial transactions, trust and power of attorney litigation, post-judgment collection, labor and employment litigation, and general commercial litigation.

More specifically, Mr. Bullock has successfully represented Illinois automotive franchises in federal court and before the Illinois Motor Vehicle Review Board for matters relating to: warranty and incentive audits, termination and relocation protests, inventory allocation disputes, Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) investigations, rights of first refusal (“ROFRs”), and buy-sells. Mr. Bullock also has experience working with both publicly traded and private clients across industries including: pharmaceuticals, commercial real estate, professional services, distribution and supply chain, transportation, public relations, and private equity.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bullock was an associate at a national firm where he counseled corporate clients regarding complex class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

During law school, Mr. Bullock taught torts and legal writing to first-year law students and served as a senior editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business. In this role, he gained valuable clinical experience in the Bluhm Legal Clinic Complex Civil Litigation and Investor Protection practice.
