Matthew G. Mrazek is an associate* at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Matt is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate practice groups. His practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactional work.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt served in-house as a legal intern for Levy Restaurants, a restaurant and hospitality company based in Chicago. While at Levy, he handled a variety of transactional matters, including contract drafting, contract review, and licensing. Matt earned his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society. While in law school, Matt served as the appellate brief writer for the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team. He also served as a Student Clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where he assisted both for-profit and not-for-profit clients on a variety of business matters.
Matt was a four-year letter winner for the Division I Lafayette College football team. He was a summer associate at the Firm in 2020 and is a Chicago native.
