Robin Mohr is an associate in Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella’s Religious and Tax-Exempt Organizations practice. Prior to joining Burke Warren, Robin was an associate at a full-service Chicago law firm where she worked on commercial litigation matters, real estate transactions, and property tax appeals. 

Robin earned her B.S. in Commerce from DePaul University and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While attending law school, Robin clerked at a full-service law firm and completed a summer externship for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Additionally, Robin served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. 


  • Drafted contracts for corporate clients, including a Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement for a non-profit entity
  • Assisted with preparation for a jury trial in a high-profile defamation case; conducted extensive legal research; reviewed and prepared documents for production; drafted motions in limine
  • Helped corporate clients obtain Class 6(b) Property Tax Incentives from Cook County and the City of Chicago; assisted individual clients with property tax appeals
  • Represented clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions; negotiated contract terms; drafted closing documents
