Andrés Alemán

Andrés Alemán is an associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Andrés is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups with a focus on sophisticated transaction law. Andrés has extensive experience in developing, negotiating, and leading complex multi-million dollar transactions.

Andrés supports clients in business development activities, including corporate entity formation, drafting operative agreements, and structuring transactions to comply with regulations. He assists in the negotiation, preparation, and drafting commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial) on behalf of tenants and landlords. And he represents and advises clients in commercial lease disputes arising out default in rental payments, use violations, and common area maintenance charges.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Andrés is licensed to practice law in the United States and the European Union.
