Mark B. Goldstein

Mark Goldstein is an associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Mark is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.

Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions and general corporate law. He advises his clients on legal and business issues including corporate formation and investment strategies. Mark also counsels companies through all stages of growth, including formation, capital raises, negotiating contracts and mergers and acquisitions.

Being an entrepreneur himself, Mark advises his clients from both the legal and business perspective.
