Richard W. Burke is a partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Mr. Burke's practice embraces a broad range of business concerns. He offers counsel on the formation and general legal issues of business organizations; the purchase and sale of companies; public, private, and governmental financing; business succession plans; employee benefits and compensation; real estate acquisition, development and divestiture; representation of public entities; the representation of and regulatory concerns of financial institutions; and formal and informal business reorganizations.
