On September 17, 2025, Matthew Norton spoke at the Illinois Tax Increment Association (ITIA) Fall Conference as a panelist in the session, “Anatomy of a Redevelopment Agreement,” where he presented a case study on our client UrbanStreet Group’s Veridian project — the mixed-use redevelopment of 225 acres of the former Motorola Campus in Schaumburg, Illinois.
