Burke Warren Partner Nicholas Gowen will serve as a featured panelist for the American Arbitration Association and the Coalition of Women's Initiatives in Law seminar titled "Unlock the Power of ADR - Boost Your Career with Best Practices, Insider Tips, and How to Get Involved" on February 27, 2025.

With 2025 International Women’s Day (IWD) approaching, this seminar is a timely opportunity to highlight how ADR empowers practitioners, expands career pathways, and accelerates action for women in law. Nick will share his experience, common methods, and goals of alternative dispute resolution outside of traditional court litigation.

Nicholas is an arbitrator for complex commercial and consumer matters on the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators, and has been appointed to serve more than 50 arbitrations as the sole arbitrator or as a member of a three-person panel in both evidentiary and appellate matters.
