Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. seeks a talented and energetic corporate and M&A-focused attorney at the senior associate/non-equity partner (director) level who possesses 7+ years of law firm experience to join its active and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate should have broad based and sophisticated corporate and M&A experience coupled and a growing book of business at the $200,000+ level or a demonstrated ability to handle clients and a desire to bring in new business.

The ideal candidate would have advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents (including M&A agreements and/or related ancillary documents), LLC/shareholder agreements, and commercial agreements. We seek a candidate with experience leading M&A projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and an ability to manage a legal team. Experience in advising clients on a variety of general corporate matters is strongly preferred. The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the Illinois Bar.
