About The Role:
Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. seeks a director level attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join its active and highly collaborative Wealth and Succession Planning Group.

The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of trusts and estates experience working with high net-worth individuals in the drafting of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, irrevocable trusts and other sophisticated estate planning documents. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience with the administration of decedent's estates and the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.

- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the Illinois Bar.
Compensation:
For the Director position: $235,000 - $300,000 + (depending on productivity of attorney), plus origination bonus, and profit sharing.
