Burke Warren Welcomes Attorney Will Guthrie to the Firm

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. is pleased to announce that Will Guthrie has joined the firm as a partner. Will is a member of our firm’s Corporate Group where he represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Will worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland Ellis where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Prior to Kirkland, he was Assistant General Counsel at Kearney, a global consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries.

Will earned his JD from the University of Chicago’s Law School.
