Katherine primarily focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and tax matters. Additionally, she brings considerable experience with strategies related to business succession planning, charitable planning, asset protection, planning for digital assets, organizational planning, trust and will contests, and guardianship. Her goal is to lead clients as they plan to safeguard their assets by enabling them to make well-informed decisions that will benefit their businesses and families.
