Burke Warren Partners Matt Norton and Rachel Wanroy Secure a Momentous Win for The Lake County Forest Preserve

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. was proud to represent the Lake County Forest Preserve District on their acquisition of 77 acres of property along the shore of Lake Michigan.  The land was donated to the District by Openlands, a non-profit engaged in the preservation of open land.  The preserve opened to the public this past weekend and this amazing stretch of lakefront will now be owned by and open to the public forever.  The deal was led by Matt Norton and Rachel Wanroy, with invaluable assistance from Cathy Vogel and Diego Ledesma.
