Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is pleased to announce the addition of Timothy S. Rybicki as Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Tim partners with his clients in the Chicago and national commercial real estate markets, including developers, investors, privately-held companies, and individual entrepreneurs. In this capacity, Tim provides efficient and effective representation to buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in achieving their short and long-term goals.

Tim works closely with his clients in every stage of the deal, from letter of intent through closing, including planning, financing, development, leasing, and disposition. Tim also works with borrowers and lenders to help structure and document loan facilities for owners, investors and developers of commercial real estate. His practice also includes negotiating development, easement, construction, and property management agreements.

Tim works across property sectors and classes, including shopping centers, industrial facilities, office buildings, multifamily residential buildings, and other mixed-use commercial properties. He also has extensive experience representing owners and operators of long-term care facilities in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of healthcare facilities.

Tim has been named a “Leading Lawyer” in Commercial Real Estate Law in 2024 and 2025 by Leading Lawyers magazine.
