Aaron Kyrouac is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. He is a member of the Firm’s Condominium & Community Associations practice group and represents the interests of cooperatives, condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations throughout Illinois.
Aaron utilizes his wealth of industry experience to work efficiently on behalf of his clients while also ensuring that they receive the best possible service and outcomes for their matters. Drawing on his experience in community association law, Aaron represents associations in a wide range of issues related to their daily business operations. He also relies on his knowledge of federal and state laws, including the Illinois Condominium Property Act and Common Interest Community Association Act, to ensure clients remain compliant with current legislation.
Aaron regularly counsels boards on dispute resolution, document interpretation, contract review, assessment collection, covenant enforcement issues, and advising on developer issues. In addition, he has a wide array of experience drafting easements, bylaws, declarations, and transactional agreements.
Prior to joining Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, Aaron worked in the Condominium and Community Associations practice group for a Chicago based law firm where he counseled community associations and handled real estate transactions.
