Austin Sulejmani is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Austin earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. During law school, he received CALI Awards for academic excellence in Mergers & Acquisitions and Criminal Procedure.
