Jaden McQuivey is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group.

Jaden earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2026. During law school, Jaden served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Journal. He also worked as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Maurer School of Law and as a Data Privacy Law Clerk at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. Jaden has experience working and volunteering in Czechia, Slovakia, and Estonia.

Prior to joining Burke Warren full-time as an Associate, Jaden was a member of the Firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2025.
