Olivia Frawley is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. She is a member of the Firm’s Condominium & Community Associations practice group.
Olivia focuses her practice on advising condominium and community associations on compliance with state laws, including the Illinois Condominium Property Act, and on enforcement of their governing documents. She regularly counsels boards on dispute resolution, document interpretation, and rule enforcement.
Drawing on her experience in association law, Olivia represents associations in a wide range of legal matters, including assessment collections, evictions, and contract disputes. Prior to joining Burke Warren, Olivia was an Associate at Sanford Kahn, Ltd. in Chicago, where she concentrated on representing community associations and managing landlord/tenant issues.
