Represented a High Net Worth Individual in a Lawsuit against Former Employer and Co-Workers

Represented a high net worth individual in a lawsuit against his former employer and co-workers, alleging that his co-workers tortiously interfered with his ability to earn a living and his employer was negligent in supervising those co-workers. After the circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants, we successfully appealed the matter to the Illinois Appellate Court, which reversed the circuit court's judgment on two counts and remanded the case for trial.
