Burke Warren Welcomes Peter Ivancsits as Its Chief Financial Officer

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. is pleased to announce that Peter Ivancsits joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer effective April 18, 2022. A 20+-year accounting and financial veteran, Mr. Ivancsits served previously at several Chicago-based AmLaw 100 law firms. He has held positions of increasing seniority and had immersive experience in fiscal reporting, analysis, auditing, compliance, accounting, forecasting, and financial planning. This expertise has led to his new role as CFO at Burke Warren where he will help shape the firm’s strategic direction from a finance perspective. In this role, he is responsible for the overall direction of Burke Warren’s finance function, including the existing accounting and finance team, and serves as business partner and advisor to firm management in all aspects of the firm’s financial operations. He earned an M.B.A. from Geis College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Ivancsits serves as a member of Burke Warren’s administrative leadership team. In this capacity, he will leverage his considerable in-depth knowledge and experience to advance Burke Warren’s mission of delivering a world-class experience to its clients.
