Danielle Gould will be speaking at the Pincus Professional Education seminar “Mastering the Deposition” on March 15 at the Chicago Bar Association.  Danielle is an experienced litigator and practice leader in the Firm’s Class Action Defense group.

This is a practical program designed to guide attendees through the nuanced art of the depo, including creating a strategy and preparing witnesses to dealing with hostile witnesses and difficult opposing counsel.
