New ACG Leadership Roles for Firm's McCrohon and Davis

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is the leading member organization for merger and acquisition and corporate growth professionals throughout North America and Europe. ACG’s 14,000 members, organized through 57 local chapters, stay engaged through industry forums where senior-level M&A professionals share tips on best practices, and members can source deals and more.

Firm partners Craig McCrohon and Liz Davis are long-time ACG members who have served on ACG’s Chicago board of directors. In 2017, both were asked to assume bigger roles within the organization.

McCrohon, a securities law and M&A expert, has been asked to join ACG’s executive committee while Davis, an M&A specialist, has been asked to lead ACG’s Chicago Women’s Network.

According to McCrohon, “ACG is the premier middle market deal association in Chicago. I am pleased to assist the ACG in its mission to expand and connect capital providers with growing middle market businesses in the Midwest.”

“I’m honored to assume the leadership of such a dynamic, high-energy group of professional women,” says Davis, “We strive to create innovative programs that speak to working women, with the goals of building relationships, expanding networks, and championing female professionals in the middle market.”
