Craig McCrohon

Craig McCrohon is a Partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and specializes in corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions law. He regularly advises companies and investment funds regarding mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing, and financial institution regulatory matters.  He has extensive international experience, having negotiated cross-border acquisitions, financing and joint venture transactions in Europe, East Asia, India and Australia.  He has advised clients on M&A and financing transactions with aggregate transaction value exceeding $10 billion.

He has focused on the following types of companies and industries:

• Data, software and most recently AI technology firms, including payments, transactiona processing, and marketplace SaaS technologies
• Financial institution restructurings, acquisitions and other transactions requiring extensive regulatory analysis and negotiation with government financial authorities
• Venture capital and private equity financing transactions

Craig is a graduate of Harvard University and received his joint J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business. He was a graduate student in law and economics at the London School of Economics.
