Burke Warren Client Innovare Closes Seed Funding Round

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. client Innovare closed its seed funding round in early August 2021. The investment will assist Innovare, a successful Chicago-based education technology company, in expanding its operations and products. Innovare CEO Adrian DeLeon spearheaded efforts to secure the investment among multiple investors including with the support of lead investor VamosVentures. Burke Warren attorneys Craig McCrohon and Joshua Cauhorn, assisted by Wade Martin, proudly represented Innovare in this investment. Mr. Cauhorn, whose prior experience includes that of being an educator, noted, “I am delighted and honored to represent Innovare, a company that seeks as its mission to expand education equity through the use of data analytics -- which in turn improves the lives of students and teachers.”
