The attorneys at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella are excited to announce that U.S. News has recognized the Firm’s Wealth and Succession Planning Group as one of the best in Chicago for 2018.

The Group represents clients ranging from professionals and entrepreneurs in the early stages of wealth creation to those with a net worth in excess of a billion dollars, some of whom are included in the annual edition of Forbes magazine's ranking of the 400 richest Americans.

Members of the Group play an active role in the wealth and succession planning community.  For instance, members are Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, serve as adjunct professors at The John Marshall Law School and DePaul University, teaching tomorrow's wealth planning professionals, and serve on various charitable boards throughout the Chicagoland area.  In addition, a member of the Group was the recipient of the prestigious Chicago Estate Planning Council's Austin Fleming Distinguished Service Award, which recognizes the area’s leading estate planning practitioner.

The full resources of the Firm, including the Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation, and Tax Advisory Services Practice Groups, complement our Wealth and Succession Planning Group.
