Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella Celebrates Christopher Manning as He Transitions From Full-Time Shareholder to Of Counsel

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is proud to commemorate Christopher Manning’s transition from his full-time shareholder role to Of Counsel at the Firm in 2025. Throughout Chris’s prestigious career, he has represented numerous companies across the United States and Europe in a wide-ranging practice that focuses on start‑ups, product line acquisitions, and general corporate law. In addition to serving as outside counsel for the U.S. subsidiaries of several major international pharmaceutical companies, Chris has been involved in all phases of the start‑up, funding, expansion, and eventual sale of numerous U.S. and European-based companies. Chris served as the leader of Burke Warren's Municipal Finance group and Co-chair of the Firm's Health Care practice. During his tenure at the Firm, he has embodied a steadfast commitment to providing the highest quality of legal and professional services to Burke Warren clients and various business communities throughout the Chicagoland area.

As Chris transitions out of his full-time shareholder position, he will remain at Burke Warren to serve clients and maintain leadership positions in the community in his role as Of Counsel.
