Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is pleased to welcome Suzanne P. Grossman as an Associate to the Firm’s Litigation practice.

Suzanne brings considerable experience representing clients involved in complex commercial litigation issues including business torts, contract disputes, real estate disputes, franchising relationships, and employment-related matters. Suzanne has also represented clients in various construction and insurance coverage litigation matters in state and federal courts and has litigated appeals in the Illinois appellate courts.

Suzanne received her J.D. (cum laude) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was the symposium editor for the Consumer Law Review and received the CALI award for the highest grade in constitutional law. Suzanne also teaches a course on implicit bias in the legal profession to first year law students at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Prior to joining Burke Warren, Suzanne served as an Associate at a prominent Midwest-based law firm where she focused her practice on representing clients in business and regulatory litigation, employment, construction, and real estate matters.
