Suzanne Grossman is an Associate in the Litigation group at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Suzanne’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, real estate, franchise, and employment-related issues. Suzanne has also represented clients in various construction and insurance coverage litigation matters in state and federal courts and has litigated appeals in the Illinois appellate courts.

Prior to joining Burke Warren, Suzanne served as an Associate at a prominent Midwest-based law firm where she focused her practice on representing clients in business and regulatory litigation, employment, construction, and real estate matters. She has also advised employers on various employment compliance issues.

Suzanne received her J.D. (cum laude) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was the symposium editor for the Consumer Law Review and received the CALI award for the highest grade in constitutional law. Suzanne also teaches a course on implicit bias in the legal profession to first year law students at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
