Chase E. Bullock is an associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Mr. Bullock is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Class Action practice groups.
His practice is primarily devoted to representing clients in state and federal courts across the country for matters involving shareholder disputes, contract disputes, restrictive covenants (e.g., non-compete and non-solicit agreements), labor and employment litigation, emergency injunctions (i.e., temporary restraining orders (“TROs”)), fraud claims, commercial transactions, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bullock was an associate at a national firm where he counseled corporate clients regarding complex class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
During law school, Mr. Bullock served as a senior editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business and gained valuable clinical experience in the Bluhm Legal Clinic Complex Civil Litigation and Investor Protection practice. Finally, Mr. Bullock taught torts and legal writing to first-year law students.
