Kenneth Richman is a Partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Ken concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate, Labor and Employment, and Health Care law. For more than 30 years, he has served as general corporate counsel to privately held businesses including middle market manufacturers and distributors, start-up entities, and service providers, represented business owners and their families in a broad variety of personal and business planning matters, and represented employers in a broad array of union and employment issues.

Ken's experience encompasses a wide variety of commercial transactions including domestic and foreign investment and sourcing matters, mergers and acquisitions, vendor and purchaser contracts, and organizational, governance, succession planning, and creditor issues. His labor and employment practice includes representation of management in union organizing, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, strategic planning, and employment practices. Additionally, Ken has a consulting practice that assists businesses and not-for-profit healthcare organizations in the implementation of complex change and employee engagement initiatives.
