Eitan Stieber is a Partner in the Real Estate practice group at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Eitan regularly advises a range of clients, many are savvy veterans, while others are entirely new to real estate. He is a trusted voice that rolls up his sleeves to tailor solutions that meet his clients’ individual needs. He provides guidance on legal issues in connection with acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing of real estate across all asset classes. Eitan has extensive experience representing national retail clients, as well as developers, landlords, investors, and lenders. He also helps clients protect their interests in real estate transactions by analyzing title, surveys, site plans, declarations, condominium documents, ROFRs, REAs, and CCRs.

Eitan’s insight as an experienced real estate attorney is shaped by his prior senior in-house positions with health care and retail developers and asset management companies with significant nationwide portfolios.

Serving as a comprehensive resource for his clients in transactions, he has also developed financial models, prepared planning commission presentations, devised site selection criteria for development efforts, provided guidance when retaining brokerage services, and analyzed market studies, appraisals, zoning reports, parking analyses, and environmental reports. Eitan is committed to doing whatever he can to help a client get their deal across the finish line.
