Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella Welcomes Partners Nikhil A. Mehta and Eitan A. Stieber to the Firm

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is pleased to announce that Nikhil A. Mehta has joined the Firm’s Corporate practice group and Eitan A. Stieber has joined the Firm’s Real Estate practice group. Previously with Saul Ewing LLP in Chicago, Nikhil and Eitan enhance the Firm’s strong presence in commercial real estate and corporate transactions.

Nikhil A. Mehta

Nikhil works closely in collaboration with his clients and their management teams on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, syndications, fund formation, restructurings, and other transactions that shape his clients’ businesses. His experience includes representing local, national, and multinational companies in the negotiation and closing of transactions. Nikhil is also experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including technology agreements, service agreements, licenses, and leases.

Eitan A. Stieber

Eitan provides valuable guidance on legal issues in connection with acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing of real estate across all asset classes. He has extensive experience representing national retail clients, as well as developers, landlords, investors, and lenders. He also helps clients protect their interests in real estate transactions by analyzing title, surveys, site plans, declarations, condominium documents, ROFRs, REAs, and CCRs. Eitan’s insight as an experienced real estate attorney is shaped by his prior senior in-house positions focused on health care entities, retail developers, and asset management companies with significant nationwide portfolios.
