Nikhil Mehta is a Partner in the Corporate practice group at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C.

Nikhil works closely in collaboration with his clients and their management teams on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, syndications, restructurings, and other transactions that shape his clients’ businesses. His experience includes representing local, national, and multinational companies in the negotiation and closing of transactions. Nikhil is also experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including technology agreements, service agreements, licenses, and leases.

Beyond his transactional work, Nikhil advises clients on regulatory, privacy, and digital asset matters. Nikhil has been interviewed to provide commentary on corporate and business law topics by AP News, CQ Roll Call, and PBS News.
