Katherine Oswald is a Partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Katherine is a member of the Firm’s Wealth & Succession Planning, Trust & Estate Litigation, and Tax Advisory Services groups.

Katherine focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, asset protection, planning for digital assets, organizational planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, trust and will contests, and guardianship matters. Her goal is to lead clients as they plan to safeguard their assets by enabling them to make well-informed decisions that will benefit their businesses and families.

Leveraging her considerable experience creating custom estate plans to preserve and transfer wealth to younger generations, Katherine collaborates with clients and their advisors to develop strategic and thoughtful approaches to asset protection and multigenerational wealth transfer. When disputes arise, Katherine addresses complex intrafamily issues – often intertwined with business succession planning considerations – with compassion and a focus on beneficial resolution for all parties involved.
