Matthew Goldberg is Partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Matthew serves as Vice Chair of the Firm's Condominium & Community Associations practice group and concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium law, real estate, litigation, and collections.
Matthew is an experienced association attorney representing condominium associations, master associations, cooperatives, and common interest communities. He provides advice on governance issues, declaration and rule enforcement, assessment collection strategies, and foreclosures. In addition to countless trial successes, Matthew has successfully argued cases in front of both the Appellate and state Supreme Court. Creative solutions and outside-the-box thinking are hallmarks that have resulted in exceptional results for his clients.
Matthew has lectured on many issues involving associations. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Community Associations Institute – Illinois Chapter.
